Our take on a Red Snapper (a Bloody Mary with Gin) is inspired by Charles Lovejoy, who uses business as a force for good. As the owner of a public benefit corporation, everything he does on the for-profit side is matched in support for nonprofits. RECIPE

2 oz Prominence Gin

8 oz Lovejoy’s Bloody Mary Mix

1 wedge lemon

1 wedge lime

Garnish: Celery stick, cherry tomato, fennel, lemon wedge, lime wedge

Combine Prominence Gin & Bloody Mary Mix in a mixing glass filled with ice. Squeeze lemon & lime wedge into mixing glass. Stir until well blended. Strain into a pint glass. Garnish.
