In 1978, Gilbert Baker designed the Rainbow Flag which became a universal symbol of the PRIDE movement. In June 1994, Gilbert created a mile-long Rainbow Flag to honor the 25th anniversary of Stonewall.

We created this cocktail, Life-Affirming Baker, in honor of Gilbert Baker and his work to lift up others.

RECIPE

5 oz Your favorite Lemon Lime soda
1 ½ oz Pronounced Apple Liqueur
¾ oz Grenadine

  1. Build all ingredients over crushed ice

  2. Stir

  3. Garnish with blood orange wedge and peel
